Janice was a senior vice president of Human Resources at JPMorgan Chase before founding The WON Principles. During successive mergers at the firm, she coached business executives to optimize change and drive business transformation. With a proven track record of advancing profitability and diversity goals in a global Fortune 50 company, Janice is recognized for developing strategically-aligned human resources and diversity programs that generate competitive advantage, and reduce costs and risks for the corporation. She served as a strategic advisor to business leaders, HR executives and diversity practitioners. Janice was a founding member of the company's Asian employee resource group, and grew that group to include 1,200 people across the U.S. Janice also co-founded the first-ever women of color employee network on Wall Street.

A coach and consultant with a diversity lens, Janice's background makes her particularly adept with Asian and multicultural talent.
